My name is Chiyedza Chinake. I am 23 years old and I come from Harare. My rural home is in Murehwa and my totem is the elegant Eland or Chihera in Shona.I would describe myself as an eccentric multifaceted individual with a zest for life and adventure. I am an adrenaline junkie and I have bungee jumping, scuba diving, lion walks and sky diving as some of the activities on my bucket list. My dream is to travel to at least one country on every continent and possibly visit all the seven natural wonders of the world!. On the flip side I am also an avid reader and I will read anything from novels to philosophy. I also fancy myself as a bit of an intellectual and I enjoy healthy stimulating debates on societal issues. I’m passionate about helping the less privileged hence my decision to study social work. My goal is to start a non profit organisation that will assist disadvantaged children with bursaries because I believe that education is one of the most important tools anyone can have to succeed in life. I believe my calling is to effect positive change in other people’s lives.
